This Privacy Policy explains how AI for Image Generation (aiforimagegeneration.com, "we", or the "Service") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our free online tool to create images from text prompts and optional reference images.

1. Information We Collect
- Prompts and generation inputs: Text prompts you submit, optional reference images (JPG, PNG, or WEBP within product limits), and settings needed to process a job (for example aspect ratio, quality, and output format). If you use prompt improve, the draft prompt you send for rewriting is also processed.
- Generation outputs: Result images, job IDs, status, and related processing metadata needed to deliver downloads and signed-in history.
- Account data (optional): If you sign in (for example with Google) to save generation history, use credits, or check in: email, display name, and avatar depending on the sign-in provider.
- Credits and check-in records: Credit balance changes and check-in activity when you use signed-in rewards features.
- Usage and security data: IP address (including hashed forms used for guest daily quotas), browser type, timezone hints for quota day boundaries, request timestamps, captcha/Turnstile results when enabled, and basic error logs for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- Run AI image generation so your prompt (and optional references) can produce a downloadable result.
- Power optional prompt improve, previews, downloads, free daily guest quotas, credits for signed-in users, check-in rewards, and (when signed in) generation history for a limited period.
- Apply content moderation and safety checks where enabled.
- Protect the Service with captcha, rate limits, and abuse detection.
- Operate, debug, and improve reliability of AI for Image Generation.
- Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.
3. AI Processing and Third Parties
To generate images and improve prompts, text and optional reference images may be processed by third-party AI providers under our instruction. Source and result files may be stored in cloud object storage for delivery and short-term history. Sign-in may use identity providers such as Google. Payments are not required for the current free Service; if paid features are added later, payment processors may receive billing data you provide. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your uploads or prompts to train public AI models.
4. Retention
Generation jobs and result files are retained only for a limited time needed to deliver the Service. Guest results may be available briefly via browser local storage or cache and are not guaranteed as server-side history. Signed-in generation history typically keeps result images for a limited period (on the order of about 30 days), as shown in the product; history lists images only and does not surface your prompts. Account, credit, and check-in records may be kept while your account is active or as needed for security and accounting. We may delete data earlier for security, abuse, storage, or operational reasons.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and local/session storage for sign-in, security checks, locale preferences, guest quota tracking, and restoring recent guest results in your browser. We do not use your generation content for third-party advertising.
6. Your Choices
- You can generate and download within the guest daily quota without creating an account.
- Signing in is optional and mainly enables generation history, credits, check-in rewards, and higher-quality options shown in the product.
- You may delete individual history results when signed in, or request deletion of account-related data by contacting support.
7. International Users
AI for Image Generation may be accessed from multiple countries. Information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations subject to this Policy and applicable law.
