These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI for Image Generation at aiforimagegeneration.com and related services. The Service is a free online tool that creates images from text prompts and optional reference images, with optional sign-in for credits, check-in rewards, higher quality options, and generation history.

1. The Service
- Enter a text prompt and optionally upload supported reference images (JPG, PNG, or WEBP within the limits shown in the product).
- Optionally use prompt improve to review a rewritten prompt before you generate.
- Choose generation settings such as aspect ratio, quality, and output format, then start a job. AI for Image Generation returns one downloadable image per successful job.
- You may generate and download within a free daily guest quota without signing in. Signing in enables generation history, credits, check-in rewards, and additional quality options shown in the product.
- There is currently no paid subscription plan on aiforimagegeneration.com. Free quotas, credit grants, retention windows, and features may change.
- We may apply rate limits, captcha, content moderation, and file limits to keep the Service reliable and safe.
2. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You retain rights to prompts and images you upload and to the generated files you download, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you provide and for how you use generated outputs.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or prohibited content (including content that violates our moderation rules), or attempt to overload, probe, or bypass security controls.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing, especially faces, logos, text, and brand assets.
3. Accounts, Credits, and Check-in
Accounts are optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. Credits and check-in rewards, when offered, are promotional balances for using the Service and have no cash value unless we expressly say otherwise. We may change credit costs, grant amounts, or check-in rules, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
4. AI Results Disclaimer
Image generation and prompt improve use automated AI and may produce artifacts, inaccurate details, unexpected text, or other imperfect results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of perfect visual quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Always review outputs before relying on them.
5. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including quotas, credits, check-in, limits, and retention periods) with or without notice. We are not liable for temporary downtime or third-party AI provider outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including losses from unsatisfactory generated images, lost credits, or downtime.
